What Causes Chest Pain Upon Coughing?

I have stage 4 spine cancer with a history of stage breast cancer, also liver disease hepatitis B & C which also had a tumor removed. Right now I have stage 5 spinal cancer & stage 2 to 3 lung for the second time. I was on Ibrance for over 2 weeks & kept telling the doctors at oncology that my heart hurt & had sever chest pains. Coughed so hard last night I felt a very sharp pain in my heart & chest & it is getting worse by the minute.

secondaries of lung cancer may go to involve your heart covering called pericardium..so called pericarditis,causing chest pain..also excessive cough reflex excebate respiratory muscle work and due to exertion causes chest pain..
