What Causes Chest Pain Upon Deep Breathing?

I think I may have swallowed a toothpick. I only pulled out half of one and there should have been a whole one holding that chicken together. I am having a bit of chest pains under my right breast with deep breaths, but it may be hyprocondryrea. I m not sure, I m Just really worried, no health insurance, worried sick.please give me advice

if you have a doubt then so directly for daignostic medicnes such as a simple x-ray will tell you the confirm daignosis with a forigen body in any of the area such a chest or in abdomen

if then not confirm go for broncoscopy or CT chest
