Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Good day Doctor, I m 21, and I have this chest pain that started yesterday. I remember it started just after I dropped the two bags I had carried for 500 meters or less. I must say they were pretty heavy and my arms were abducted about 40cm from my trunk. Thought maybe costrochondritis but I don t feel any tenderness on palpating my chest wall. I don t feel the pain when lying supine but on raising my head or upper body (like I m about to perform a sit up) i feel the pain which is somewhat of the sharp kind. When I bend backwards on standing the pin isn t there either but I feel it when I bend forwrads. I m really worried.
