What Causes Chest Pain When Suffering From Hypertension?

Hi i am amit i am 29 years old...now i am suffering high blood pressure....since 3 month..i take regularly medicine for hypertension and my pressure is also normal....but last 4 week i am suffering from chest pain in left side near the rib joint...and heavyness in my chest..also shortness of breathing. pain like a pricking .some time pain are on off for few second...doctor suggest me forEcg....my ecg is normal 2 time...doctor give me two medicine one is omperazole and aspirin for 15 days....but now also pain is on off ....can you tell me what is the problem....

* Chest pain in a hypertensive patient does not sound normal and must be evaluated via 2 D Echo and TMT test to find out underlying cardiac condition and manage in best possible manner.
