What Causes Chest Pain While Bathing And Urinating?

My mother aged about 58 years is feeling some pain in her heart particularly during the time of bath, and whilewhile going to urinate during night time. The pain gets aggravated particularly in winter season. The cardiologists have been denying of any heart problem on the basis of the ECG report. The problem has been happening since last 3 years. Some days priorI have consulted medicine specialist. On his advice we have tested the blood . The result of which is as below. Urea- 70.25, creatinne-2.02, HB%-9.0, TSH-7.66. The doctor has advised us to consult nephrologist. Kindly advice what shall I do.
