What Causes Chest Pain While Breathing?
Hello there, I had the gastric bypass done about 2 years ago. 1 day ago I over ate, now I can barely breath or eat. I m feeling a great amount of pain in my chest when I breathe in or swallow solids or liquids. I also have been feeling pain in my throat, to end I have also been feeling very light headed + headaches.

I hope you don't have hypertension? I want you to get an abdominal ultrasound and an ECG . I hope it's not early symptoms of an underlying hidden heart problem because they also could be like this dear . please get an internal medicine specialist opinion.
