What Causes Chest Pain While Coughing?

I just took my heart rate and it was 104 bpm. I m having pain in the center of my chest, especially when coughing or inhaling deeply. I m also coughing up yellowish green mucus. And I feel like my face is really warm (cheeks and ears) Should I go to the hospital?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, heart rate may be normal one because without the tracing of EKG this can not be labeled whether it is due to some disease or not so this is being ruled out here, just because of the cough and nonspecific chest pain if can avoid going to hospital then this is okay (You have not mentioned your age and gender here) chances of hyperacidity may be likely, else this is nothing to worry, ( For the safe side EKG can be done )
