What Causes Chest Pain While Having Sugar?
I have pains on the left side of my chest, and i have realised i feel itmore when i have sugar, ive checked the nhs website and the i dont have any of the symptoms which suggest i have diabetes, help im so confused and scared (ps im not a person who likes going to a GP, therefore id rather ask here)

As you explain the situation the high auger levels and chest pain have no relationship directly. You should go to GP for further evaluation to see what it's wrong with your body.
