What Causes Chest Pain While Lifting Hands During A Yawn?
Hi Doctor, I am a 23 old Male. I am working in IT. So most of the time i ll be sitting before computers. Some times, when i yawn i take my hands up and this causes a chest pain. Its for 5-10 seconds. I will be feeling like i couldnt breathe. And my lungs have exceeded their capacity. Earlier i just had cramps in my shoulder at times, but now its changed to chest pain. Its happens monthly once or twice and not always. Is there a problem in my chest muscle or is it symptoms of heart attack ?

This is a classical muscular pain, either due to total absence of exercise or over exercising. Check out serum electrolytes levels. Try some stretch out exercises
