General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear. Welcome to Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. It seems you are suffering from angina pectoris that is heart pain due to a bad oxygen supply. You need to do a total heart check up at a cardiologist because it may complicate to a myocardial infarction.
You should keep your blood pressure under control. Diuretic s are first line treatment for hypertension. Also take everyday an aspirine for blood thining.
Take care.
Hope my answer was helpful, if yes, vote helpful.
Regards, Dr Olgeta Xhufka ( general and family physician ).
