What Causes Chest Pain While Swallowing Food And Laying Down?

I was trying to crack my back while standing up, but all of a sudden i felt this sharp pain in my back, no problem, but now i feel pain in my chest, every time i eat i can feel the food going down with pain, i can not lay down with out being in pain in my chest, i lose breath some time just walking, this has been happening for about 3 days. whats up with that?
