I have a mild pain in my chest when I swallow food not liquids. No pain breathing and doctor says lungs are clear. My neighbours house burnt down and we had smoke in our house. This pain started two days after. I am a woman 68 years old. I don t get heartburn but have a lot of gas and a slight discomfort on left side of abdomen when lying down. Doctor prescribed ulsanic and omeprazole which I m reluctant to take because I never get reflux or heartburn
