What Causes Chest Pain While Taking Deep Breath Along With Sinus Problem?

I have had a headache and mild fever for three days. I suffer from Sinus issues and thought that is what I had this time. I do not respond well to antibiotics so I normally just treat at home, but something keeps lingering around. The only symptom that is different than normal is when I take a deep breath there is is a pain in my upper chest. It only occurs on a real deep breath and no cough.

ruling out co morbidites like Hypertension & diabetic, recent chest trauma. observe the type , timing , radiation of the pain & whether associated with dyspnoea or palpitations. since ruling out these factors, we can suspect a psychological cause.
