What Causes Chest Pain While Walking In A 20 Year Old?
Hi, I m 20 years old female. I ve been having chest pain for about two months, i would feel pain when I wake up or when I am walking. I thought that this was normal growing pain and left this matter until I had a sharp pain. I contacted my GP and he did check ups on me, my BP was normal, my BM was normal and suggested I do a ECG. today I had my ECG and the nurse had told me that in the findings there was something found and told me that my T wave is flattened. she has referred me to a cardiologist and I just wanted to know a little bit more about this. thanks
T wave inversion can be seen in ecg in chronic ischaemia case... Your clinical correlation is necessary here...
You should consult physician or cardiologist for interpretation of ecg.. If needed for further work up treat mill, echocardiography and cardiac troponin estimation done ...
If needed for ischaemia antiplatelet drug like aspirin might started..
Measure your HB level as anemia can lead such ecg change sometimes..
Take care
With keeping this in mind consult physician or cardiologist for examination and EKG reading
Hope your concern solved
