What Causes Chest Pain With Breathing Difficulty?

When I get pains in my chest it s not some kind of normal chest pains. It sometime makes it impossible for me to breathe so I would have to take very slow breathes and it feels like someone is squeezing my heart on the left side under my breast. Why is that and what causes it?

I understand your concern.
Experiencing chest pain with difficulty in breathing could be due to cardiac origin. Condition called 'angina pectoris' needs to be ruled out.
Kindly get the following things done at the earliest.
1. Monitoring of blood pressure.
2. Chest X-ray.
3. Electrocardiogram (ECG).
4. 2 D Echocardiogram.
Kindly consult Cardiologist with the reports for proper assessment and management.
