What Causes Chest Pain With Irregular Heart Beats And Dizziness?
My brother in law has been to the er twice now and has been sick for two months. Nobody can seem to figure out what is wrong with him. His chest hurts, he feels like his heart is beating irregular and he is very dizzy and his hand even keeps getting numb. He had a heart attack about 5 years ago. Do you know what might be the problem?

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern and i would like to tell you that after cardiac arrhythmia are very common in aged patients or heart attack survivors, proper evaluation of arrhythmia is required to avoid rhythm related unpleasant cardiac events. Kindly get an ECG, Echocardiography and a HOLTER ( Ambulatory ECG monitoring ) for minimum 48 hours done and consult a Cardiologist personally for physical evaluation.
