What Causes Chest Pain With Palpitation And Restlessness?

Hi, 19 yrs. old female...on and off mild chest pain(needle poke pain), sometimes due to posture and nervousness. Had difficulty sleeping at night ( heart beats fast), restlessness, some muscle pain in either of the arms and legs, constant drying up of lips, always feeling anxious but some chest pain attack are unrelated to feeling anxious. Thank You

Based on your symptoms I would suggest you to get following investigations done. Thyroid profile, complete hemogram to rule out any underlying pathology for your symptoms.
