What Causes Chest Pain With Sweating And Body Heat During A Demise?

i was at a baseball game and a man just died i think cause he was having chest pains and some people did some cpr on him until the ambulance arrived but it was in the mid 30s and the guy said you could feel the heat coming off of him and i just wanted to no why he was sweating and died ?

The cause was probably Acute MI, which is stoppage of blood supply to the heart itself. during this condition there is severe pain in the chest, breathlessness, sweating and chest tightness. heart may stop suddenly and cause death within minutes.
