What Causes Chest Pain With Sweating And Hyperventillation?
Hi. I m having a hard time differentiating between a heart attack and a panic attack. I had two incidents yesterday that resemble a panic attack or a heart attack. I had chest pains, was sweating, hyperventilating, loss of control, excessive fear, numbness and tingling. I couldn t calm down and I m terrified it will happen again. I ve been having the chest pains most of the day especially at rest.
As per your clinical history is concerned ckeck whether you have following signs present or not if any one present then we can go further in favor of heart attack otherwise not . 1)Pressure ,tightness, pain or a squeezing or aching sansation in your chest or left arm that may spread to your neck ,jaw,or back. 2)feeling nausea, indigestion ,heartburn or abdominal pain which dose not responds to antacids. 3)shortness of breathing [count breathing rate per min] 4)sweating will be cold you will feel as if bathing in sweats 5)weakness and sudden dizziness
sometimes in both disorders you will get these signs in panic attacks but pain in left arm is not present in panic attack .
Hope you find your point if any doubt let me know i will clarify it.
Thanks
