Hi Doctor. My friend recently started having chest pain. They were irregular. She consulted a cardiologist and they asked her to do an Echo test. The report of the Echo test stated that Small mobile structure attached to ? RCC moving to and fro in LVOT . Since the Echo test was not satisfactory, they again advised her to undergo a TEE. TEE report stated Thin mobile structure attached to upper part of IVS prolapsing across aortic valve into aorta during systole . The dimension of structure was said to be 2cm. They still had no idea about what is happening. So they have advised for a Cardiac MRI. Can you shed some light into this matter?
