What Causes Chest Pain?

Dr my husband is 32yrs old and is having body weight 95kg, height 5.8 .He recently suffered from chest pain. All the tests were taken On diagnosis hdl cholesterol is found low 32, triglycerides 226, total cholesterol &ldl are in range.ecg , eecho,& troponin-T was found ok. But TMT test the following result was shown: THR attained moderate effort tolerance. Normal HR and hypertensive BP response. No angina or dyspnoea. Mild ST- depression noted in inferolateral leads.TMT positive for inducible ischaemia.the Dr.said us there is slight variation in TMT. Dr.would you please suggest whether an angiogram should be done

Hello dear
I understand your concern
TMT test positive for inducible ischemia suggests possibility of cardiovascular disease as ST depression was reported
It suggests inadequate blood supply to the heart
I would suggest to undergo TMT with thallium isotope o CT angiography to investigate the cardiovascular disease by consulting the cardiologist.

If above tests will come normal then you should not concern about the problem.
In case of positive result coronary angioplasty will require.
