What Causes Chest Pain?

Hi Sir I am 28 years old but a weight of 115 kg, recently I got chest paint in heart I went to a doctor and has Done ecg in that It s written abnormal ecg left axis deviation. He gave me some medicines and after that after 10 days my pain went off. But since then pain has started in my right leg I took medicine again and now today I have a little pain in my chest as well again can you Plz suggest me what to do... Shahid
