Hi,

Do you have a stent? It requires meds which you might already be taking under the guidance of a cardiologist. Few Lasix injections can decrease edema which you should be given only under the guidance of a cardiologist. Check your lipid profile for cholesterol, hdl, idl, ldl, D dimer, and cbc. Anticoagulants are needed in your case. Do an echocardiography. It will let know exact cause too, if CAT scan already done.

What is your weight and height or BMI?
Are you diabetic? What is your blood sugar level? Take less salt.
What is your usual blood pressure?

Learn breathing exercises. It’s very good for the heart. Some morning yoga can help. Breathing exercise techniques will control your BMI, blood pressure and cholesterol. Eating habits should include fruits, vegetables, juices and take multivitamins for a week.

Avoid total non-vegetarian food, alcohol and smoking. Consume amla, aloe vera, basil, curry leaves, they are very good. Sleep well and smile more. Keep away from stress and be around good friends.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
