What Causes Chest Pains After Myocarditis Treatment?

I was diagnosed with myocardidis about two years ago and after being put on medications my injection fraction and everything went back to normal almost immediately. Yet i still have chest pains all the time and they can not tell me what it is but they tell me my heart is fine. Could this be stress related because i am some what of a worry wart.

Hi,

Chest pain is non-cardiac and is anxiety related. Your persistent, excessive & unrealistic worry is causing probably chest muscle tension. Anxiolytic drugs will help.
