What Causes Chest Pains Which Radiates Down The Left Arm?

I'e been having chest pains for the last 2 days that are pretty bad in pain. the pain sometimes radiates down my left arm. I have had a work up of heart tests. ekg, blood work, chest xray, echo, stress test halter monitor...all normal. They diagnised me with GERD. but this time the pain moves from left chest to center to under the left breast. and the acid reflux meds arent helping...could this be something cardiac?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi There

After going through the details provided by you, the symptoms are highly suggestive of cardiac issue. As your antacids are not helping out then it favors more towards cardiac. So its advisable that you should personally consult a cardiologist and get yourself properly evaluated as you might need an Angiography to rule coronary artery disease.

Good Luck
