What Causes Chest Pressure, Rapid Heartbeat And Breathing Difficulty?

Good Morning, Fort the past 2 months I have had chest pressure, rapid heartbeat and mild difficulty breathing. I have seen a doctor and he ran blood tests and did an EKG. The EKG was normal and my blood was all good except slightly high iron levels. He ran another blood test to test for hemochromatosis and said it was negative but wants to check it again in 2 months. I had a treadmill stress test on Friday and it was normal for heart disease and blockages but I had numerous palpatations, so we may do a 24 hour monitor and an ultrasound. On Friday I noticed a slight numbness in my lower left lip, but I can feel it, it s not totally numb and today the tip of my tongue is numb. I have an appointment with my doctor later today, but wanted to get another opinion. Should I be worried?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with palpitations chest pressure fast heartbeat and difficulty in breathing with numbness at the left lip I will suggest you have developed a hypertensive heart disease with peripheral neuropathy at the left lip

In view of this please do a chest x-ray and schedule an appointment with a cardiologist specialist for expert assessment and adequate drug prescription

Meanwhile please take tablet thiamine for the numbness

I hope this helps Regards
