Hi! I ve been feeling very sick since last night, Tight sore chest Cold sore lungs Dry cough and my whole body aches And I have zero energy And all I can do is sleep I have no strength And I m shaking from the inside out My body feels like it s in shock My heart rate keeps going up and is now at 117 beats per minute Should I see a doctor

yes you are having fever and bronchitis. chest physician should examine your lungs field. may be there is pneumonic consolidation. temp should be taken. if there is fever then tab paracetamol should be taken. if lung fields have ronchci then syrup bronchodyl should be taken can take tab deriphylin. systemic antibiotic like inj Benjy pencil in 5lacsunit im daily for 7days may be taken. hydration should be maintained.
