General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Chest tightness, headache, and other symptoms you described can be caused by various medical conditions. Anxiety and panic attacks can cause chest tightness and headaches along with other physical symptoms such as sweating, shortness of breath, and palpitations. Stress and high-pressure jobs can also contribute to anxiety and panic attacks.

Allergies can cause chest tightness and headaches as well. Anaphylaxis, which is a potentially life-threatening allergic reaction can occur due to certain foods. Other allergies, such as environmental allergies, can cause chest tightness and headache along with other symptoms such as nasal congestion, itchy eyes, and sneezing. High blood pressure and heart problems can also cause chest tightness and headaches. Diabetes can cause neuropathy or nerve damage that can result in symptoms such as chest tightness and headache.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) can cause problems with focus and attention, which can lead to feelings of anxiety and stress. It is also possible that the symptoms you are experiencing could be related to a combination of these factors. A healthcare professional may recommend tests to rule out any underlying medical conditions and may prescribe medication, therapy, or other treatments to help manage your symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
