What Causes Chest Tightness Despite Taking Lansoprazole?

I ve been having chest tightness since Sunday evening it s now Saturday. I didn t know if it was heart burn but antacids are not taking it off. I went to my doctor on Friday and she prescribed me some lanzaprozole. I ve had 2 doses of this however chest still feels tight and I m beginning to panic which may be making it worse? It does however cause me no pain through sleeping and first thing it s as the day goes on.

Hello.
Did your doctor do an ecg? how old are u? are there any symptoms of anxiety, apprehension and bresthlessness/vomitting associated with the tightness.?
