What Causes Chills And Low Grade Fever?

For 2 days i have chill with light Fever (99 ) in midnight.. Today CBC was done.. Platelet Count is 133 which is below the normal range..same test was carried out during first week of November and platelet count was 216 .. What does it mean? What should i do?
