Hi,

Once abdominal radiograph is helpful to rule out things, physical checkup too, CBC, LFT too. Most important is your eating habits and diet is playing rule, take more fruits and juices for day instead of your routine food, then add rice pulses i.e., khichdi for a day if it relieves then these are causes! Eat boiled steam vegetables, salads, fruits, juices and multi-grains for a healthy stomach. You may learn yoga, there are good techniques to release stress and prevent stomach related problems.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
