What Causes Chills, Back Pain And Vaginal Spotting?
So I have been on my period for 12 days. The last couple days has just been light spotting . For a little over a year I have also started bleeding right around when I ovulate. I know that some women get that . But my errors for the last while have been off. I am always tired and I have back pain. Also I have noticed before I start my period I get weird chills on my left leg like constant goose bumps. I am 31 yrs old and up until a year ago my periods were always normal. Now I feel like I bleed all the time
Hi, I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.
Based upon your symptoms you are having abnormal bleeding which needs to be evaluated. Bleeding more than 80ml is menorrhagia and it need to be treated. If you were my patient I will suggest you to take tablet.tranexemic acid 500mg twice daily to decrease the bleeding first. You need to have some tests done like -complete blood count -ultrasonography abdomen -If needed dilatation and currettage will be done to stop the bleeding.
-Hope this answers your query.
Regards, Dr.Alekhya.
