What Causes Chills, Body Aches, Joint Pain, Loss Of Appetite And Light Headedness?

hi starting yesterday afternoon....started feeling uncomfortable...chills, body aches, joint pain, lose of appetite, light headed. No fever, no sweats....but a lot of chills. I am 57 usually very healthy....haven t felt sick in at least a year.how would I know if this is a virus or what type of infection?
