What Causes Chills, Dizziness, Ringing In Ears And Breathlessness?

My husband gets chills, ringing in his ears and sometimes has to catch his breath. This happens 3 to 4 times a day and in stressful situations. He s 65 and just had a major check up, stress test, echo, bloodwork and everything came back better than perfect. He did have a viral infection in one of his ears about 2 months ago that had dizzy symptons. Doesn t present with similar symptoms now.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think he should check his blood sugar fasting and post prandial also HBA1C. Reactive hypoglycemia may be causing these symptoms and diabetes is the main cause of it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka
