I was fine this AM but when I was stating at the computer my feet got painfully cold , it spread up my legs the goose bumps and uncontrollable shaking and a head ache laid down with a mug of hot water and a heating pad, finally slept for a bit. Feet are still cold and achy legs achy and tingling. Headache is back but not severe. I do have migraines and I had freezing at the dentist yesterday. Should I go see someone
