What Causes Chills, Sweat And Headache?

Hi there, ever since i went to aqua aerobics on thursday i have not been able to sleep due to uncontrollable shivering, hot & cold sweats, head aches and tender skin to the touch. I thought that maybe it was because of the levels of chlorine in the pool but i have never had a reaction like this before, i also thought that maybe its because i had swallowed a bit of pool water. I am 22 by the way. Please help! Thankyou. Layla

Allergic condition may be likely stop going for aqua aerobic till you got all right, have some rest, have some hot drinks, just relax, every thing would be fine soon, take care.
