Husband has Parkinson s disease, cannot sleep at night because when he lays down to sleep he starts getting choked and coughing up a lot of clear mucus, he also wears a c pap. He sleep in an inclined position every night and has to remove the c pap, when he starts coughing up the mucus of course....

may be patient is not suffering Parkinson's disease but patients has to suffering sleep apnea.
so c pep is only right treatment.
not to other option.
so will continue c pep during sleeping.
