General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Sometimes throat infections (pharyngitis, laryngitis) can give rise to this situation. I will advise you to get a clinical examination. Treatment is simple with warm saline gargles and antibiotic and anti allergic drugs. You will recover in a couple of days.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Loveleen Sharma, General & Family Physician
