General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Probably it is an inflammation of larynx, laryngitis.

He can try to feed on blended food and liquids for a while. Also, continue to use Procectlic.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
