What Causes Chronic Abdominal Bloating?

hi, my husband has been very bloated for a few years now, he has been told when he had a abdominal sonogram that he was full of air. Two days ago he had an upset stomach and general malaise which lasted hrs. Today, we can see something that appear to be kicking as if when a mother is pregnant, but gentle kick. What can that be, it has been happening all day on and off

I really appreciate your concern, such kicking sensation could be nonspecific and may be functional one for other abdominal discomfort this could be due to some dyspepsia and this can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
