What Causes Chronic Abdominal Pain Along With Night Sweats?

I seem to have a urine infection. I have been given two courses of antibiotics. But it has not cleared up. I m very tied and weak; not eat a proper meal for over ten days, terrible stomach aches, pain also on upper right and lower left hand side. n Night sweats which smell of sour yeast but not my urine, so bad I have to change all bedding and clothes for the last there nights. I m 60. Female and not sexual active for a very long. Before this I had a good sickness record at work ( no days) in good health with no problems. A little thin. Via stress lost a lot of weight over thee years but at 5 8 small boned weighing 91/2 stone now weighing 9stone

Hi,

Noted your history about supposedly urinary tract infection, 2 courses of antibiotics but still weak and tired, loss of appetite, loss of weight most probably due to stress, not active sexually, night sweats with smell and pain in abdomen as you have explained.
All the history leads to the conclusion that you need a detailed clinical evaluation, examination and investigations as follows:
Ultrasonography of abdomen to begin with followed by CT scan.
Tests of urine: Routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Tests of stool and blood.
X-ray of chest to rule out concealed infection.
All these will lead to a proper diagnosis and thus allow proper management including treatment for stress or so.
Take plenty of oral fluids.
You may need a specific treatment as per the cause found as you already have been given 2 courses of an antibiotic.
