What Causes Chronic Abdominal Pain, Bloating And Diarrhea?

I have had a chronic stomach ache with bloating and chronic diarrhea for about two weeks. Feel tired and light headed. Occasional low grade fever. No nausea and eating food gives me temporary relief from the pain, but I pay for it with diarrhea shortly after eating. Could this be more than a virus?

As per your query, you have symptoms of chronic abdominal pain, bloating and diarrhea which seems to be due to intolerance to certain food items, overgrowth of bacteria in the small bowel, and gastroenteritis.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you avoid food like dairy products. you should drink warm water and do light exercises and eat light and non-spicy food. If the condition doesn't get well then consult a gastroenterologist for proper examination. The doctor may prescribe loperamide, laxative, omeprazole and antacids. For now, you should take fruits such as banana in diet and a lot of fluids. You should take the oral rehydrating solution to maintain hydration status of the body. Take diet rich in fruits and multivitamins.
