What Causes Chronic Back Pain And Abdominal Bloating?
I need to know if what I ve been feeling is cause for concern. I understand that anytime one is in pain, there should be some concern however I have an extremely high tolerance for pain and I have chronic back issues that cause me daily pain. my issue has been with my stomach. I ve been in pain for two days now and my stomach has been bloated and extremely sensitive to touch. it s hard, almost like I swallowed a bag of rocks. I don t usually go to the bathroom everyday, and when I have gone today it s been rabbit pellet size. I ve been drinking lots of water since for some reason I ve also got terrible cotton mouth sensation. I m unsure if going to the hospital is a good idea or if i should just take some laxatives and hope for the best.
It may be related to something that you may have used, there are certain foods that can cause or worsen bloating eg cabbage, broccoli, turnips, beans, carbonated drinks, prunes, etc.
Using other fruits and vegetables along with whole-grain products may help with your bowel movement, you may also need to temporarily use a fiber supplement. The increased fluid intake should be continued.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
