What Causes Chronic Back Pain That Is Not Relieved With Muscle Relaxants?

m suffering from chronic back pain for last 7 years but my reports say bone is totally safe so its just muscle cramp but unfortunately muscle relaxants do not work at all pain is unbearable its all over back and legs and feelings are like nerve is disturbed can only muscle craps be so prolonged and devastating... guide me what to do

Dear user,

thank you for your answer, lower back pain has very different reasons, and sometimes its idiopathic, just a term for doctors to say we dont know what is causing it. i would recommend that you decrease stress in your life, follow a healthy diet, exercise and if over weight lose some weight a slight change might really be helpful in such cases. hope this helped if so please rate as 5.
