What Causes Chronic Bad Breath?

I have fecal breath at times it is worse that others. I have consulted my various physicians about this and have had no relief. I had surgery for colon cancer years ago but it did not start until the last couple of years. I take Atorvastatin, sertraline, naproxen occasionally, and metroprolol. Could any of these medications cause this and what can I do about it. thanks

Hi,

It is my pleasure to answer your query here. This sounds to be in relation with altered homeostasis of gut flora mechanics or chronic infection of colon. Prokinetic drugs, probiotics and bulk forming laxatives are the prime line of therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
