What Causes Chronic Body Pain And Fatigue Long After Treating Subluxation Degeneration?

Hi, I m a 54 year old male and I have chronic pain and tired all the time. I know as we get older this tends to happen, however, I seem to be far more tired and achy than a lot of other men in my same age bracket. Years ago I was diagnosed with ( excuse the spelling) sublixation degeneration in the hip area. Does that have something to do with how I feel now or is something else wrong. I literally go to work and come home about 3 3 30 and in bed by 4 pm for the night. As you may probably understand, this is taking a serious issue in my marriage. What is your opinion or suggestion dr. Thank yiou MR. AGING TO FAST!!

Hi,

You are just 54 years old and hence not supposed to have so much tiredness. There has to be a reason to be found out and treated to get well soon.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult a Physician for proper clinical evaluation, examination and relevant investigations in details.
You need to undergo the following tests:
Tests of blood. Now-a-days you can get the packaged all tests of blood that includes all the vitamins, hormones and the routine like sugar liver, kidney, thyroid functions.
X-ray of chest.
Ultrasonography of abdomen.
CT scan of the suspected area.
All these will definitely find out the deficiency which on correction will give you full strength.
Other tests like that for typhoid, tuberculosis, related to degeneration and so on may also needs to be done as decided on clinical evaluation.
Proper management will surely give you results and improve your and family's life.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
