In Cohn s disease presence of constipation and bloting in abdomine is common. In ulcerative colitis there is presence of abdominal discomfort and pain with constipation may present. Intestinal infection is common cause for abdominal problems. Irritable bowel syndrom may lead to mucus in stool and constipation. You have to do stool examination for further diagnosis.
