What Causes Chronic Constipation And Abdominal Bloating Despite Taking Medication?

Dear Sir/ Mam, I am 40 years of male suffering from Sacroillitis...occasional pains in SI joints. But even major issue is long chronic constipation along with hyper sweating and extreme fatigue and all this is from from the beginning itself (maternal uncle also suffering from same). Also suffering from severe gastric issues from last 4 - 5 years including severe hyper acidity, low appetite & weak digestion. Certain symptomns as below: Threads in eyes since early teenage, Liking for cement, Dabur Red Paste, Gelusil Tabs, paint material etc Likes more of salty, mild spicy foods - feels bloating to be relieved. The underlying cause of gastritis is a matter of concern. It may be drug-induced or it may be due to some infection or hyperacidity. This can be well managed with tablet Omeprazole with Domperidone once in a day for six weeks.

This regime will also heal gastritis if proper care is taken in dieting, like avoiding spicy food, coffee, and heavy meal prior to bed. Other medical history given here is nothing to take anything with gastritis and hyperacidity.
