What Causes Chronic Constipation?
My stomach hurts..i have been sleeping alot and eating after midnight. I had intercourse but used protection. Had my period but it only lasted 3 days instead of 4 or 5..i feel like throwing up..i have been constipated for 3yrs now and I have had blood in my stool. Is this something serious? I am 5"7..about 180 and im 20 yrs old.

dear you may be suffering from chronic constipation with ? hemorrhoids or fissure. you have to check for hypothyroidism,and hypokalemia etc..eat high fiber diet, regular exercise, avoid spicy fatty food and caffeine.use syrp.duphalac 30ml at night daily.if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
