What Causes Chronic Cough Along With Fatigue And Dizziness?

My 21 year old daughter is in college and lives at home and has a sore throat and persistent cough. Some fatigue and dizziness with slight nausea. The symptoms started a couple of days ago. She has a big singing performance coming up in two weeks. She s staying home from rehearsal tonight. Any treatment recommendations other than Tylenol, throat coat tea, sore throat lozenges and vitamin C. Best, Mark

If she is having sore throat then ask her to take antibiotics as tab Azithromycin once a day for 5 days plus tab Aceclofenac, two times for 5 days. Both these are prescription drugs. She may take honey based cough syrup available as over the counter product.
